Access & Facilties

Manchester Deaf Centre is situated on Oxford Road in the heart of the university district opposite the Royal Northern College of Music and next to Manchester Aquatics Centre.

Facilities are available for hire for meetings, conferences and social events.  Discounts apply to charity and community groups.

ACCESS: There is level access to all areas of the building and wheelchair accessible toilets.

LOCATION:  The builidng is situated on the corner of Oxford Road and Booth Street East where the entrance to the Deaf Centre is located.

There is a large NCP car park on Booth Street East and on-street parking nearby.

Piccadilly rail station & nearest Metrolink stations are 10 minutes walk.

There are frequent bus and taxi services availabel on Oxford Road.

Facilities available for hire include:.

Main Hall.  Seating up to 150 theatre style or availabel for a range of social and sports activities - dances, concerts, sports etc..  Fully equipped kitchen and licensed bar also available.

Meeting Room Seating up to 40 theatre style, 20 for meetings or can be configured as an informal social area with lounge seating.  Fully equipped kitchen and licensed bar also available.
