Deaf Black Minority and Ethnic Groups

This is an area which Manchester Deaf Centre is currently developing.
 
Ideas and plans for developments will be presented at the Manchester Deaf Centre's Open Day - see News and Events page for dates and further information.

It is envisioned that the group will provide support, advice and advocacy for Deaf people from BME backgrounds and their families.  Information will be provided on a wide range of issues such as health, news and events etc and will be provided to meet preferred language needs such as Urdu and Punjabi.
