Manchester Deaf Centre is situated on the corner of the crossroads of Booth St East and Oxford Road. The nearest train station is Oxford Road and the nearest Metrolink stop is St Peter’s Square. There are several buses that stop right outside MDC on Oxford Road. You can look for more travel information here.
The entrance to MDC is via Booth St East (central and west entrance). Please look for signs directing you to Crawford House and Manchester Deaf Centre.

Yes, our building is fully wheelchair accessible. There is ground floor access to the main reception and a lift inside the building to access the first floor.
Yes, we deliver fully accredited BSL courses for Levels 1, 2 and 3. Our courses are accredited by Signature and taught by fully qualified teachers. You can read more here.

The nearest car park is the Aquatics Centre NCP on Booth St East. It is approximately a 2-minute walk away. Please note this is not suitable for larger vehicles such as transit vans or HGV’s.
Yes. There are limited parking spaces outside the building on Booth St East. Please note you must have a Blue Badge on display to park here.
