Children and Young People Service

Welcome to the Children and Young Peoples Services at Manchester Deaf Centre. We work with children and young people up to 25yrs (with the exception of up to 30yrs for those who need additional support). We welcome Deaf, Hard of hearing and Deafblind children and young people to join in our varied


Wellbeing, Advocacy, Information, Training, Employment and Enterprise (WAITE)

Our Wellbeing, Advocacy, Information, Training and Employment is a new service which commenced in March 2020. After witnessing the D/deaf communities health and well-being continually suffer due to lack of communication and service cuts we are delighted to be able to offer this ’One Stop' service.


Salford Deaf Advocacy Service

Our base is at Langworthy Cornerstone, Liverpool St. Salford, MS 5QQ What we do The Salford Deaf Advocacy Service has been active since March 2020 and continued throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, offering a vital service to individuals, many of whom would have been cut off from mainstream support


Trafford Deaf Advocacy & Well-being Service

Booking an Interpreter

Need to book an Interpreter? MDC can provide BSL/English Interpreters across Manchester, Greater Manchester and the North-West. MDC will only provide fully qualified, experienced interpreters suited to the booking request. We can also provide Deaf Intermediary Interpreters and Registered Sign
