Out of Hours
Booking a BSL/English Interpreter

If you need to make an urgent out-of-hours booking, we have a designated list of interpreters who can be contacted directly. Please follow the below process:

Contact our designated list of interpreters directly by email or phone detailing: the appointment date, time, location and type of appointment (e.g. A&E)
When an interpreter has advised they are available confirm that you would like to book them (in written form) and send them any further information if necessary.
Submit a booking request form on MDC’s website here Manchester Deaf Centre - Booking Form detailing all of the relevant information. In the description box please write the name of the booked interpreter.
Upon return to the office MDC’s Booking Officer will send booking references to both the person who made the booking and the designated interpreter retrospectively (for invoicing purposes).
