Our training can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation. However, as a general guide, topics include:

  • Strategies for communicating with deaf people, including the do’s and don’ts
  • Communication skills

We would recommend 4 hours for this training, typically 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00. However, if time is of the essence we can condense this training and tailor it to meet your needs. If you wish to discuss this further please contact our Bookings Officer.
