From 21 June: 50+ social group is back meeting in person!

Regular Monday meetings will start again on Monday 21 June at 10am at Manchester Deaf Centre (Crawford House, Booth Street East, Manchester, M13 9GH). Each meeting runs from 10am until 3pm. All Deaf and deafened adults aged 50 plus and resident in Manchester or surrounding areas will be welcome to attend, and can be reassured that Covid safety provisions are being set in place.

Board games, Bingo, lunches and tea & coffee will be on offer to start with, and a programme of day trips and visits will hopefully resume soon. Throughout the day on Mondays an Advocate will also be on hand on a 1 to 1 basis to discreetly assist attendees with issues relating to their benefits or finances, housing or health: wherever they might have encountered blockages, or found injustice and reason for concern.

We look forward to welcoming new members to the friendly 50+ Group. If you would like to make an enquiry about the 50+ Group, please click here to email Evelyn Thomas:
