New BSL-accessible English and maths courses, starting in September at MDC

English and maths courses are back! We will be partnering with the WEA again to run English and maths courses based at Manchester Deaf Centre. The new classes will start in September.

If you are interested, there are 2 things you need to do:

1. Please email waite@manchesterdeafcentre.comto register your name. 
2. Come to MDC on Tuesday 22 August, anytime between 10am and 3pm. This is so that we can assess your level before the classes start. 

If you cannot come on the 22 August, but you would still like to join a class, please email our staff by clicking on link number 1 below, as we are currently trying to organise a second assessment day.

Our maths and English courses are fully supported by BSL interpreters. You will be supported to learn in a relaxed environment at a level which is appropriate for you. We have been running these courses for several years now and have received a lot of positive feedback from learners who have attended. There are options to gain a qualification if you want to.
